Features
Drill from bottom to top for smoother chip removal
The innovative inverted structure allows the workpiece to be clamped and fed from bottom to top, making the chip removal process smoother and increasing machining efficiency by multiple times.
Diversified cutting tools for more flexible adaptation
Various cutting tools such as gun drills, U-drills, BTA drills, nesting drills, and oil hole drills can be flexibly selected according to different requirements.
Up to four workstations for easier processing
We offer four types of machines, including single station, double station, three station, and four station, to cater to different workpieces and customer needs, making machining easier.
Deep drilling without eccentricity, with a smoother surface
The workpiece is clamped and fixed by hydraulic control, resulting in higher machining consistency and better inner hole smoothness.
